These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Royal Haramain Travels website and your relationship with us when booking or enquiring about Hajj, Umrah, and related travel services.

By accessing our website or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of others, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Royal Haramain Travels provides travel planning and coordination services for pilgrimage and related journeys, which may include flights, accommodation, visa assistance, ground transport, and on-ground support as described in your chosen package.

We act as an agent coordinating services provided by third-party suppliers. Your contract for certain services (such as flights or hotels) may be directly with those suppliers, subject to their terms and conditions.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and any required deposit or full payment has been received according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

Prices quoted are based on current rates from suppliers and may change before confirmation due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier adjustments. We will notify you of any material changes before you are required to pay the balance.

• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your package terms.
• Final balances must be paid by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation.
• Late or failed payments may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of amounts paid, where permitted by law.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation, supplier policies, and any non-refundable components such as visas, flights, or hotel deposits already issued.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel disruption. Royal Haramain Travels is not responsible for costs arising from events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for ensuring that all travellers hold valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other documents required for entry to Saudi Arabia and transit countries. We provide guidance and coordination support but cannot guarantee visa approval, which remains at the discretion of relevant authorities.

Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you may delay or prevent travel and may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, airline rules, hotel policies, and the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during your journey. You are responsible for your conduct and that of anyone travelling under your booking.

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove a traveller from a group if their behaviour endangers others, disrupts the journey, or violates these Terms or local requirements, without entitlement to a refund where permitted by supplier terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Haramain Travels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, enjoyment, or opportunity, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a confirmed booking shall not exceed the amount paid to us for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

You may not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, reproduce content without permission, or use our branding or materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

We endeavour to keep website information accurate but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Package details on the website are indicative; confirmed inclusions appear in your booking documentation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
